- Salmon Cream Cheese (Salmon Rillettes) — 80g
- Toasted Sourdough or Baguette Slices — 6 pieces
- Olive Oil — 1 tsp
- FINISHING
- Fresh Dill or Chives — 1 tsp, chopped
- Lemon Zest — ½ tsp
- Cracked Black Pepper — to taste
- Lemon Wedge — 1 piece

Let the Salmon Rillettes sit out of the fridge for 5 minutes before serving so the texture becomes perfectly creamy and spreadable.

- 01 Lightly brush the bread slices with olive oil and toast until golden and crisp.
