Miso Salmon Rice Bowl
A warm, elegant rice bowl built around Le Fumoir’s Miso Marinated Light-Smoked Atlantic Salmon Portion, baked or grilled until lightly caramelised and served over fluffy rice with fresh cucumber, avocado, spring onion, and a squeeze of lime. Quick, balanced, and full of subtle smoky miso flavour.

- BASE
- Miso Marinated Light-Smoked Atlantic Salmon Portion - 180g
- Cooked Jasmine Rice — 180g
- Olive Oil — 1 tsp
- TOPPING
- Cucumber — ½, thinly sliced
- Avocado — ½, sliced
- Spring Onion — 1 tbsp, sliced
- Lime Wedge — 1 piece
- Black Sesame Seeds — ½ tsp
Le Fumoir Tip
Brush the salmon lightly with olive oil before baking or grilling to help the miso marinade caramelise beautifully.
Method(15 Mins)
- 01 Bake the Miso Marinated Light-Smoked Atlantic Salmon Portion for 10–12 minutes at 200°C until lightly caramelised.
- 02 Warm your cooked Jasmine Rice and place it in a bowl.
- 03 Add the sliced cucumber and avocado around the rice.
- 04 Place the salmon portion on top, then garnish with spring onion and black sesame seeds.
- 05 Finish with a squeeze of lime and enjoy!
