A warm, elegant rice bowl built around Le Fumoir’s Miso Marinated Light-Smoked Atlantic Salmon Portion, baked or grilled until lightly caramelised and served over fluffy rice with fresh cucumber, avocado, spring onion, and a squeeze of lime. Quick, balanced, and full of subtle smoky miso flavour.

  • BASE
  • Miso Marinated Light-Smoked Atlantic Salmon Portion - 180g
  • Cooked Jasmine Rice — 180g
  • Olive Oil — 1 tsp
  • TOPPING
  • Cucumber — ½, thinly sliced
  • Avocado — ½, sliced
  • Spring Onion — 1 tbsp, sliced
  • Lime Wedge — 1 piece
  • Black Sesame Seeds — ½ tsp
Le Fumoir Tip

Brush the salmon lightly with olive oil before baking or grilling to help the miso marinade caramelise beautifully.

Method(15 Mins)

  1. 01 Bake the Miso Marinated Light-Smoked Atlantic Salmon Portion for 10–12 minutes at 200°C until lightly caramelised.
  2. 02 Warm your cooked Jasmine Rice and place it in a bowl.
  3. 03 Add the sliced cucumber and avocado around the rice.
  4. 04 Place the salmon portion on top, then garnish with spring onion and black sesame seeds.
  5. 05 Finish with a squeeze of lime and enjoy!
